We want to follow the principles from Isaiah 61:8, “For I, the LORD, love justice, I hate robbery . . . And I will faithfully give them their recompense, and make an everlasting covenant with them.”

And Luke 10:7,1 Timothy 5:18, Matthew 10:10, Leviticus 19:13, Deuteronomy 24:15

Then add GIVING principles:

Luke 6:38, “Give, and it will be given to you. They will pour into your lap a good measure—pressed down, shaken together, and running over. For by your standard of measure it will be measured to you in return.”

Matthew 6:19-21, “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

So based on ALL the principles above, we want to first and always lay their spiritual foundation—because this is more important—encouraging them to first GIVE their time and invest their talents. We do not rob them of that blessing, which means almost always we never “hire” but ask a woman (or man) to volunteer.
