If you’re interested in having a special guest on your podcast, INVITE them by using your calendar 
A calendar event will automatically give your intended guest the day and time in their time 
zone and in the description, you can’t kindly add the questions 
you plan to ask along with their bio you intend reading to introduce them (so you’re sure it’s correct and reflects the topic).
If there are other guests or an interpreter, they would be included and invited using the same calendar event and what role they play in the description.
And be sure your zoom link is included at the top of your calendar event.

Changes to websites
Whenever there is a task on a specific website, the FWL Admin "Flywheel administers" for that website will attend to it if it is a menu problem. If it is something that needs to be done on the pages, the FLW admin can delegate this to someone on the WordPress pages team to do and just oversee it and give feedback. With anything like this, the person doing the task will quote how much she will charge.
Errors on the websites
If there is a problem on the website itself, for example, the one we had on the Encouraging Women with users, the FLW Admin will SSG on how to fix it, and if she is not able to come up with a way to fix it, she can come to me so we can form a 3-cord. The payment for this will fall into the Q amount we agreed upon for the FLW admins, and if He leads, you will get a bonus if it was a lot of work and a breakthrough.
MASSIVE errors on the websites
Should the problem on the website be urgent, like we had the links hacked (when viewers were taken to an inappropriate website), Yvonne webmaster@rmiew.com (or better yet, reach out to me by WhatsApp or phone) so we are informed immediately. Depending on the severity of the emergency and if it is not during working hours, then there is a set fee plus any additional fees incurred.
Building Permit Approval of Building Additional WordPress Pages
The focus is on ministering with our existing resources. Therefore should a Minister desire to expand and add more resources, building more pages, then a building permit would be required. However, single pages to allow for growth, flexibility, and navigation need no prior approval and are encouraged.
